Cookies for Horses

Hi!
This is a photo I took at the 2001 Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show. The
stallion pictured is Alada Baskin 1. He had just come out of the show arena
after winning 2001 Scottsdale Reserve Champion Stallion! He was so excited to
get his Mrs. Pastures cookies that he was trying to get his nose in the jar.
The lady with him is his owner, Mary Lou Box.
I was there as a member of his show team, and I also have a mare in foal
to him. He and I are VERY good friends and whenever I visit him I always take
him a jar or bag of Mrs. Pastures cookies. They are his favorite cookies!
Alada Baskin 1 is owned by Jim and Mary Lou Box of Spring Lake Minnesota.
"Lad 1" has an impressive show record also. He is a 1996 US and Canadian Top
Ten Stallion, 1993 Canadian Reserve National Champion Futurity Stallion. His
regional titles include 1996 Region 10 Champion Stallion and 1993 Region 8
Top five Stallion in addition to his 2001 Scottsdale Reserve Champion
Stallion title.
My own horses LOVE Mrs. Pastures cookies, and I am sure that our new foal
will love them too!
